When historic rainfall turned dry Amarillo into a flood zone in 2023, Tyler’s Barbeque faced rising waters that threatened everything. With the help of friends, family, and 500 sandbags stacked high, plus a whole lot of prayers, we held the line. No major damage to the building—just a tough lesson in Panhandle weather and the power of community.
